Liebherr is a globally known German manufacturer of high quality cranes. Recently, Liebherr introduced its newest jib crane, the 357 HC-L luffing jib crane. This model is a successor of the 355 HC-L jib crane, which was also very popular. However, the newest Liebherr luffing jib crane is significantly improved and it is technically more optimized when compared with its predecessor. The new Liebherr 357 HC-L is available in two versions: 12/24-tonne and 18/32-tonne.
With maximum load capacity of 32,000 kg, the Liebherr 357 HC-L is a very efficient jib crane suitable to a variety of applications. The luffing gear of this jib crane has been specifically optimized in order to complete the tasks more efficiently. This jib crane has a compact base, with dimensions 6m x 6m, which means that it can be used in narrow spaces as well. Liebherr 357 HC-L comes with a jib which can be rotated for 70 degrees, allowing the crane to reach tight corners. The standard tower system, 355 IC, acts as a climbing tower system in the new luffing jib crane from Liebherr, both for interior and outdoors climbing. For reaching higher places, the new Liebherr jib crane can be equipped with a reliable 500 HC tower system.
The Liebherr 357 HC-L luffing jib crane comes with completely adjustable drive units. The 12/24 jib crane version features a hoist unit of 65 kW, a luffing gear with secondary brake and a 7.5 kW slewing gear unit. These parts come as standard features for accurate load handling. Additionally, the Liebherr 357 HC-L can be equipped with more powerful 3-gear 110 kW hoist unit or with 160 kW hoist for heights of over 1100 meters. With such configuration, the new jib crane from Liebherr can handle even the heaviest loads efficiently and very accurately.
The newest Liebherr luffing jib crane can be found in Litronic version. The Litronic version of this jib crane features the reputable and trusted MicroMoove, a system that allows highly accurate load positioning. Not only accurately, the operators can also work safely and efficiently thanks to this MicroMove system. Also, the Litronic luffing jib crane uses a programmable logic controller, which allows the operators to move loads with a single touch of a button. The jib movements are automatically adjusted via the hoist control system, so that the loads can be moved horizontally.
